Delivery, made simple.

Delivery is available across Sri Lanka. Orders of Rs. 10,000 or more qualify for complimentary delivery; other orders have a flat delivery fee of Rs. 2,500. Every order is packed with care in our signature pink box and sent with a tracking update.

Please provide a complete street address and a reachable Sri Lankan phone number so the courier can reach you on the day.

Your preferred way to order.

PayHere checkout currently runs in the Sandbox environment, so these are test payments. Orders are marked paid only after a verified payment notification.

With WhatsApp ordering, your order is saved first. The WhatsApp button prepares a message with your items, quantities, totals, and delivery details. Send that message to arrange payment with the store. Opening the message does not count as payment.

A little care goes a long way.

Keep cosmetics and fragrances closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use clean hands or tools, and check the open-jar symbol on the pack for how long a product keeps once opened. Patch-test new skincare on a small area first.

Wash clothing inside out in cool water, follow the care label, and dry delicate pieces flat in the shade so colours stay bright.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel a pending, unpaid order from your order page. For paid or confirmed orders, contact the store through your existing order conversation. Paid cancellations require the store team to review the payment and arrange any refund separately.
